Description of SC Attenuator Parts
SC attenuator parts manufactured by ANC International Co., Limited is used to produce SC male-female fiber optic attenuators. Fiber optic attenuator is a passive device used to reduce the amplitude of a light signal without significantly changing the wave form itself. This is a requirement in dense wave division multiplexing (DWDM) and erbium doped firer amplifier (EDFA) applications where the receiver cannot accept the signal generated from a high power light source. Male to female fiber optic attenuator offers unchanged attenuation levels from 1dB to 20dB at 1dB increment.
