Grit 1um 3um 6um 9um 15um 30um Diamond Fiber Polishing Film in 5" 8" Size manufactured by ANC International Co., Limited is used in fiber optic termination process to polish and prepare connector ferrule for use. The quality of the "polish" on your fiber optic connector endfaces is of critical importance, and machine polishing helps you to achieve the desired results on a consistent basis. To achieve the proper fiber optic connector endface surface, you must use a quality polish film that is made for machine polishing. Our diamond fiber optic machine polish discs, or films, are designed specifically for machine polishing and are available in a range of grit sizes for both 5" and 8" diameter discs.
We offer coarse to fine polishing fims for each step of the polishing process and to allow a high quality finish for optimized fiber optic network performance.
In addition to polish film, ANC can provide fiber optic polishing machines and accessories including precision machine polishing discs, pads and lapping films. We also have a complete line of fiber optic cleaners and other consumables required of the polishing process.
